Independent Stave Company (ISCO) has agreed to purchase two stave mill facilities from Brown-Forman Corporation. The acquisition is expected to be finalized by November 1, 2022. The stave mills are located in Stevenson, AL and Jackson, OH.from Independent Stave Company and Coil Construction were on hand for the groundbreaking.

The company will begin doing business under the name Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ireland on September 1, 2021. The facility is located near the town of Newbridge, in County Kildare, about an hour west of Dublin.
