Tonnellerie Quintessence Situated in Bordeaux's wine growing region, Tonnellerie Quintessence crafts a rare barrel that stunningly blends contemporary expertise with the style expected of a French cooperage. Tonnellerie Quintessence crafts barrels from the finest oak, chêne français, milled at France’s most sophisticated stave operation. Expert wood buyers take great care in wood selection, searching the great forests for straight, tight grain oak. Once chosen, merrandiers split and saw the wood before it is leisurely air-seasoned up to 36 months, heightening its aromatic potential. Heinrich Cooperage These traditionally crafted Australian barrels are coopered in Barossa Valley and made in limited quantities. Heinrich offers the Appellation toasting styles specific to varietals and regions as well as the original Heinrich Founders’ Toast—the toast that built the brand. Heinrich is one of a handful of cooperages that provide a barrel specification which includes seasoning length. All oak is seasoned for at least 24 months. |
